March 21st, 2012I live in NY and leased a Nissan from Ramsey Auto Group about 18 months ago. I was so impressed with their knowledgeable sales staff and service that I looked to do business with them again a few days ago when leasing a new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I had the pleasure of dealing with one of their long time employees, Stephen Ippolito. He was very straight forward, had excellent knowledge of the product and called back when he said he would. Even though he was a 40 minute drive, $11 more per month and my locate dealer being around the corner, I opted to lease from Stephen. My locate salesperson had very little product knowledge, guessed at answering my questions, gave wrong answers and seemed more into sizing me up than serving me as a customer. Stephen was professional, I completed everything over the phone and through email. The Jeep was ready when I got to the dealership and my wife even commented on how pleasant the Business Manager was. Overall a 5 star transaction! I will definitely refer many of my friends and family members to Stephen.
