March 13th, 2011I later sent in a request through the internet and James Turner, the internet manager contacted me. He answered all of my many answers and when it came to buying the car, it was a very comfortable experience with low pressure! Even when I talked to the Finance Manager, he was very friendly and clear with my purchase options. I was in and out in no time and James was very thorough explaining everything in the Jeep. Very satisfied with this dealership! This was the easiest and most satisfying buying experience I have ever had buying a car!! I highly recommend Ramsey Jeep. I had originally stopped in to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and was helped by Vick who was very polite and spent as much time as I needed with me.
