June 21st, 2010I purchased a certified 2009 Chrysler 300 elsewhere 3 months ago, but required an adjustment to the driver’s seat panel which came loose. Ramsey Chrysler is close to my place of work. I pulled in to their service area on a Friday afternoon. Jim inspected the repair which required the installation of a replacement RET Bracket, and told me to bring the car back Monday morning, and that as the car had less than 36,000 miles the repair would be under warranty. The car was repaired and ready by lunch time. Jim offered to have someone drive me to my workplace, but an associate picked me up. I was treated very nicely, and will happily go back to Ramsey Chrysler for service in the future.
